Privacy Policy

This policy is published by MHC Health Pty Ltd(ABN 25 664 770 156, trading as MomHomeCare, “we” or “us”) and explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. What we provide is in-home postnatal care and confinement nanny matching (not a medical or nursing service). This service is for adults.

Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. What information we collect

1. Consultation booking form (/consult)

  • Name, email address and phone number; WeChat / WhatsApp (optional).
  • What we need in order to come to your home: address, parking, stairs or which floor, and whether there is a dog in the house.
  • Your stage of pregnancy or recovery, how you gave birth, and anything you choose to tell us about your physical condition.

2. Nanny requirements form (/nanny · family side)

  • Name, email address and phone number.
  • Care requirements: type of care, live-in or visiting, due date and start date, and the length of the engagement.
  • Household details: suburb and street, the number and ages of the children, how many adults are at home, whether grandparents live with you, pets, whether a separate room and bathroom are available, parking, and the type of dwelling.
  • Preferences: the language spoken at home, whether cooking is required, cuisine and confinement-meal preferences, preferences as to experience and age, and any notes.

3. Nanny application form (/nanny · applicant side)

  • Name, phone number, email address (optional), area, years of experience, when she can start, and willingness to live in.
  • Images of documents: the Working with Children Check, proof of visa / work rights, identity documents, and optionally a first aid certificate and a photograph. These files are used only to verify eligibility to work in this role.

4. Incomplete form entries

If you enter an email address or phone number in a form but do not complete the submission, we keep what you have already entered so that a consultant can follow up your enquiry. Records of this kind go only into our internal follow-up process; nothing is sent to you and they are not used for any marketing. You can ask us to delete them by contacting us as described in section 5.

5. Anonymous statistics

  • Click counts on our service pages: we record only two short strings, a page identifier and the name of the item clicked. They contain nothing that could identify you and are not linked to your form records.
  • Your IP address is used to limit how often submissions can be made from a single source (to stop scripted spam). It is not written into your enquiry record, and it is not used to identify you personally.

This site uses Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising performance. These tools write cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can refuse them through your browser settings or your advertising preferences, and doing so does not affect your use of any part of this site.

2. How we use this information

  • To contact you and arrange in-home postnatal care, or to match you with a confinement nanny.
  • To verify nanny applicants’ eligibility to work (WWCC, work rights, identity).
  • To record follow-up status internally (new / contacted / matched / closed), so that nothing is missed and no one is contacted twice.
  • To measure overall visits and conversions, and to improve our services and our pages.

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

3. How we protect this information

  • Documents are held in private storage: nanny documents are kept in non-public storage and are not made public. When a staff member views one in the admin area, the system generates a short-lived, single-use link at that moment.
  • Image metadata is removed: uploaded images are re-processed, and metadata including where the photo was taken is stripped in the process.
  • The admin area requires a login and is limited to administrators: lead and document pages are only shown once administrator identity has been checked on the server.
  • Data is held mainly in Australia: our database and file storage sit in our provider’s Sydney region.

4. Third-party services

We pass information to service providers only so far as is necessary to provide this service. They currently include:

  • Supabase — database and file storage (Sydney region).
  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Resend — sending submission confirmations and internal notification emails.
  • Google (Analytics / Ads) and Meta — visit statistics and advertising conversion measurement.

Some of these providers are located outside Australia, so your information may be transferred overseas and stored or processed there. Providers may change, and we will keep this section in line with what we actually use.

This site contains links to external websites, including wynssa (which also belongs to MHC Health Pty Ltd). Information you give on those sites is governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Your rights

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate information corrected.
  • Ask us to delete your data (so far as the law allows), including the incomplete form entries described in item 4 above.
  • Withdraw a consent to be contacted that you have previously given.

Please email hello@momhomecare.com.au to make a request of this kind, and we will deal with it within a reasonable time.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes above: enquiry and requirement records so that we can contact you and follow up, and nanny applicants’ documents so that we can verify eligibility to work. When those purposes no longer apply, we delete or de-identify the records.

Records we are required by law to keep (for example tax, financial or dispute-related records) are kept for the applicable statutory period.

You can contact us as described in section 5 to ask us to delete your data, and we will act on that so far as the law allows.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page, and the current version on this page is the one that applies.
