WWCC · WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK
Every nanny is checked before we introduce her.
We confirm one thing: whether a candidate holds a current WWCC clearance (a police check for housekeepers). We do not pass candidates' documents on to you — if you want to see them, ask the candidate at interview; identity, visa and work rights, qualifications and experience are yours to verify before you employ anyone.

AGREEMENT
The matching agreement
Read the full agreement before you order: fees, refunds, replacements, and what we do and do not do. The agreement is bilingual (Chinese and English); you sign it in the wynssa app when you place your order.

An introduction service: the family employs the carer directly and pays her directly; we are not the employer and carry no employer obligations.
Fees include GST, are calculated on the base wage agreed in writing, minimum A$500 · Deposit A$1,000: 70% refunded if you cancel before any interview is arranged, 50% if interviewed but no one has started, 100% if we arrange no interview within 14 days.
If you are still not satisfied after 3 replacements in the first 2 weeks, we charge for the time worked and refund the rest · After 2 weeks the fee is not refundable.
