Confinement Nanny
The right person makes the month.
We are not an agency forwarding a list of names. Every nanny is interviewed and matched to a particular family, and we are with you at the first meeting.

We start with your household
Who lives at home, who cooks, when the baby is due — half an hour on the phone tells us more than a résumé does.
You meet two or three
We shortlist for your routine and your kitchen, sit in on the interviews and ask the questions you would rather not. The choice is yours.
We are still there afterwards
We follow up through the first fortnight. If a nanny withdraws or cannot continue, we help you find a replacement — the scope and duration of that support are given to you in writing before matching begins.
We verify Working with Children Checks, visa and work rights, identity documents, and the experience material each nanny submits. Verification reflects the status of those documents at the time they were checked.

Nanny matching is a service for MomHomeCare clients
Experienced Chinese-speaking confinement nannies are scarce in Australia. So that the families already receiving postnatal care with us can actually be placed, we currently arrange nannies for MomHomeCare clients only. You are welcome to get in touch before that — a consultant will explain the current waiting times and how to become a client.
The detailed intake forms (family requirements, nanny applications) are currently in Chinese only. If you would rather write in English, use the consultation form and a consultant will take it from there.
We provide an introduction and matching service. The employment or service relationship is formed directly between the family and the nanny — we are not the employer and carry no employer obligations. Services are provided by MHC Health Pty Ltd. Identity documents are used only for verification and are stored encrypted. See clause 3 of our Terms of Service (in Chinese).
